Geese are large birds. They can be raised for meat, for pets, and as flock guards. Geese are good at deterring predators from your property.

Their eggs are also edible, tasty, and quite large; the volume of one goose egg is about the same as the volume of three or four chicken eggs. Geese lay fewer eggs than chickens or ducks: usually 30-40 per year.

In the website designer's opinion, roast goose tastes better than turkey.

Hatches are planned for spring 2024. We are not taking reservations, but you may email us to get on our gosling list. Once we have birds available, we will contact you with an order form. Orders will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
